Hossein Khodadadian
Hossein Khodadadian is the property developer and the driving force behind the projects. Originally a lawyer, he has for many years devoted himself with passion to building — initially in Iran, and since 2017 in Germany.
With his experience, his sense for quality, and his perseverance, he has successfully completed numerous construction projects. His ambition is to create living spaces that endure and in which people truly feel at home.

Daniela Hampp
Daniela Hampp holds a business degree specializing in project management, and for over a year now she has been managing construction projects in the Munich region together with developer Hossein Khodadadian. Alternating between desk, building site, and community, she brings structure, organization, and passion for building together.
Her motivation is to give people a home and make living dreams come true. In doing so, Daniela places special value on punctuality, high construction quality, and a strong regional focus. Rooted in Munich, she wants to realize projects that last and bring joy.

Razyieh Khodadadian
Razyieh Khodadadian is responsible for sales and marketing. Originally a dentist, she nevertheless maintains a strong connection to the construction industry: already during all semester breaks she supported her father on construction sites. Today she continues this commitment, combining professional communication with familial passion for building.
Her motivation is to carry on her father's legacy while also introducing new impulses. Razyieh places great value on high quality and clear customer orientation — with the goal of not only realizing construction projects but making them into experiences.
